Clause 115

Amendment of Electricity Act

The Electricity Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “execute or” in the following provision:Section 29(7)(d);

(b)

by deleting the words “in execution under process” in the following provision and substituting the words “under or pursuant to an enforcement order”:Section 38(b); and

(c)

by deleting the word “leave” in the following provisions and substituting in each case the word “permission”:Section 80(10)Section 85(6).
