Clause 123

Amendment of Executive Condominium Housing Scheme Act

The Executive Condominium Housing Scheme Act is amended by deleting the words “ex parte by originating summons” in the following provisions and substituting in each case the words “by an originating application without notice”: Section 8(6) Section 9(7).
