Amendment of Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes Act

The Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes Act is amended by deleting the words “in execution under an order” in the following provision and substituting the words “under or pursuant to an enforcement order”:Section 12(1)(b).
