—(1) This Part applies in relation to any contract (including one to which the Government is a party) that —(a)is described in Part 1 of the Second Schedule;(b)was entered into before 25 March 2020; and(c)is governed by Singapore law,and where at least one of the parties has a place of business in Singapore.(2) This Part does not apply to any contract terminated before 2 November 2020, or where the notice for the termination of the contract was given in accordance with the contract before 2 November 2020, even if the period of the notice expires on or after that date.(3) In section 43(1), A does not include a PTO’s landlord of prescribed property mentioned in section 19P(1), if the PTO has elected to pay the moneys referred to in section 19P(1) in relation to the PTO’s lease agreement for the prescribed property, in accordance with a statutory repayment schedule described in section 19P(2).

(1)
