Clause 1

Short title and commencement

This Act is the COVID‑19 (Temporary Measures) (Amendment No. 2) Act 2020 and, except for sections 7 and 11(a), comes into operation on a date that the Minister appoints by notification in the Gazette.(2) Sections 7 and 11(a) are deemed to have come into operation on 31 July 2020.
