Amendment of section 5A

Section 5A(1) of the COVID‑19 (Temporary Measures) Act 2020 (called in this Act the principal Act) is amended by deleting the words “the date of commencement of section 5 of the COVID‑19 (Temporary Measures) (Amendment) Act 2020” in paragraph (b) and substituting the words “1 February 2020”.
