The fees specified in the third column of the Schedule are payable to the Authority in respect of the matters set out in the second column of that Schedule on a non-refundable basis.
Payment of fees under these Regulations must be made —
through any electronic funds transfer system that the Authority may designate from time to time; or
in any other form or manner that the Authority allows.
