This Notification is the Criminal Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2025 (Commencement) Notification 2026.

reg 2

Sections 15, 16, 17, 24 to 28, 40 to 62, 65 to 71, 75 and 76 of the Criminal Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2025 come into operation on 17 August 2026.
