This Act may be cited as the Criminal Law (Temporary Provisions) (Amendment) Act, 1974.

cl 2Amendment of section 1

Subsection (2) of section 1 of the Criminal Law (Temporary Provisions) Act is hereby amended by deleting the word “nineteen” appearing therein and substituting therefor the word “twenty-four”.
