This Act may be cited as the Criminal Law (Temporary Provisions) (Amendment) Act 1994 and shall come into operation on 21st October 1994.

Section 1 of the Criminal Law (Temporary Provisions) Act is amended by deleting subsection (2) and substituting the following subsection:“(2) This Act shall continue in force for a period of 5 years from 21st October 1994.”.
