The mode of obtaining the testimony of a witness in relation to a criminal matter under section 43 of the Extradition Act [Cap. 103] or under any provision of law replacing that section for the time being in force in Singapore shall be in accordance with the procedure laid down by rules made under the Subordinate Courts Act [Cap. 321].[364
