43. Security for keeping peace generally
Feedback & supportIf it appears to a court that a person is likely to breach the peace or do a wrongful act that might lead to a breach of the peace, the court may require the person to show cause why the person should not be ordered to execute a bond to keep the peace for a period not exceeding 2 years.
