This Ordinance may be cited as the Criminal Procedure Code (Amendment) Ordinance, 1961.
Amendment of section 94
Section 94 of the Criminal Procedure Code is hereby amended by inserting immediately after the word “Queen” appearing in the sixth line thereof the expression “or of any Local Force”.
