This Order is the Criminal Procedure Code (Prescribed Law Enforcement Agency — Computer Access) Order 2022 and comes into operation on 1 August 2022.

The Gambling Regulatory Authority of Singapore is prescribed as a prescribed law enforcement agency for the purposes of section 39(6) of the Code.
