Citation and commencement
This Notification may be cited as the Criminal Procedure Code (Prescribed Law Enforcement Agency) (No. 2) Notification 2011 and shall come into operation on 30th December 2011.

Citation and commencement

Prescribed law enforcement agency
The Singapore Customs is hereby prescribed as a law enforcement agency for the purposes of section 112(1)(c) of the Code.
