This Notification may be cited as the Criminal Procedure Code (Prescribed Law Enforcement Agency) Notification 2010 and shall come into operation on 2nd January 2011.

reg 2Prescribed law enforcement agency

The Central Narcotics Bureau, the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority, the Casino Regulatory Authority of Singapore and the Singapore Civil Defence Force are prescribed as law enforcement agencies for the purposes of section 112(1)(c) of the Code.
