This Notification is the Criminal Procedure Code (Prescribed Law Enforcement Agency) Notification 2017 and comes into operation on 5 May 2017.

reg 2Prescribed law enforcement agency

The Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (Investigation and Forensics Division) is prescribed as a law enforcement agency for the purposes of section 112(1)(c) of the Code.
