Constitution of Committee
Subregulation 1
Every Committee consists of such number (being at least 3) of Visiting Justices as the Minister may determine, each of whom is appointed by the Minister.
Subregulation 2
The Minister must appoint one member of a Committee as the chairperson, and another as the deputy chairperson, of the Committee.
