This Order is the Criminal Procedure Code (Relevant Law Enforcement Agencies) Order 2025 and comes into operation on 1 September 2025.

reg 2Relevant law enforcement agencies

The authorities specified in the Schedule are prescribed as relevant law enforcement agencies for the purposes of section 40D of the Code.
