Citation and commencement

Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Criminal Procedure Code (Viewing of Exhibits) Regulations 2025 and come into operation on 26 May 2025.
Prescribed places for viewing of exhibits
For the purposes of sections 166(2A)(b), 218(2A)(b) and 225C(2)(b) of the Code, the prescribed places at which a documentary exhibit or exhibit (as the case may be) mentioned in those provisions may be viewed are the premises specified in the Schedule.
