This Notification is the Criminal Procedure (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2024 (Commencement) Notification 2026.

reg 2

Sections 34 to 39, 44, 45, 47 (except paragraph (zb)) and 48(1) and (3) of the Criminal Procedure (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2024 come into operation on 31 July 2026.
