This Notification is the Cross-Border Railways Act 2018 (Commencement) Notification 2026.

Section 29, Parts 6, 7 and 8, Divisions 1 and 3 of Part 9 and sections 68 to 72 and 78(c) of the Cross‑Border Railways Act 2018 come into operation on 29 September 2026.
