These Regulations are the Cross‑Border Railways (Border Control Co‑location) (Malaysian Controlled Items) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 30 September 2026.

reg 2Malaysian controlled items

Any thing that is specified in https://www.ica.gov.sg as published on 30 September 2026 is a Malaysian controlled item for the purposes of the Act.
