100. Appeal from decision of Director‑General
Feedback & supportWhere it is provided in this Act that the decision on any matter rests with the Director‑General then unless it is specifically provided that the decision is at the discretion of the Director‑General, any person aggrieved by the Director‑General’s decision may appeal to the Minister whose decision is final.
