Clause 20

Section 133 of the Customs Act is amended by deleting paragraph (a) and substituting the following paragraph:“(a)section 63(1) who knowingly keeps or has in his possession any still, utensil, apparatus, equipment or machinery for the manufacture of any dutiable goods; or”.
