Clause 17

Section 17(2) of the Road Traffic Act (Cap. 276) is amended by deleting paragraph (b) and substituting the following paragraph:“(b)for any period in respect of which he has, in accordance with the rules, given notice to the Registrar that the vehicle will not be used or kept on a public road during that period; and”.
