Clause 4

Section 11 of the Ordinance is hereby amended by deleting subsection (1) thereof and substituting therefor the following: —“(1) There shall be charged, levied and paid to the Comptroller such customs duties on any goods imported into the customs territory or manufactured in Singapore as may be prescribed by the Minister by order published in the Gazette.”.
