Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Customs (Authorised Piers and Places) (Amendment) Regulations 2026.
Regulation 2(a) comes into operation on 15 July 2026.

Amendment of Schedule
In the Customs (Authorised Piers and Places) Regulations 2011 (G.N. No. S 708/2011), in the Schedule, in Part I —
delete item 4; and
after item 20, insert — “21.Singapore Cruise Centre (HarbourFront) (a)Personal effects.”.
