In these Regulations —“investment precious metal” means any investment precious metal specified in Part II of the Fourth Schedule to the Goods and Services Tax Act (Cap. 117A);“special anchorage” means a special anchorage as set out in the Second Schedule to the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Port) Regulations (Cap. 170A, Rg 7).
