Duties under section 7 deemed to be customs duties for purpose of collection
Except in so far as may be otherwise provided in any order made under the provisions of section 7 of this Ordinance, any duty levied thereunder shall be deemed for the purposes of collecting and enforcing the collection thereof to be a customs duty imposed under the provisions of the Customs Ordinance, 1960 (Ord. 44 of 1960).
