Regulation 2
In the Cybersecurity (Cybersecurity Service Providers) Regulations 2022 (G.N. No. S 304/2022), in regulation 2 —
(a)
replace paragraph (2) with —“(2) For the purposes of section 26(1)(a) of the Act, the prescribed form is the form set out on the electronic application service mentioned in paragraph (1).”; and
(b)
in paragraph (3), replace “2 months” with “one day”.
