s 12Lapse of licence

(1)

Unless expired or earlier revoked under section 22(1), a licence lapses —

(a)

when the licensee ceases to exist; or

(b)

if the licensee is a sole proprietorship of which the sole proprietor is an individual — on the death of the sole proprietor.

(2)

No part of any licence fee or renewal fee may be refunded upon the lapse of a licence under this section.
