Board of directors of Agency
(1)
There is to be a board of directors of the Agency which is responsible for the policy and general administration of the affairs and business of the Agency.
(2)
The board consists of —
(a)
a Chairperson; and
(b)
not less than 8 and not more than 20 other directors as the Minister may determine.
(3)
The First Schedule has effect with respect to the board, its directors and its proceedings.
