Citation
These Regulations may be cited as the Dental Registration (Composition of Offences) Regulations.
Compoundable offences
The following offences may be compounded by the Council in accordance with section 61B of the Act:
any offence (other than a continuing offence) under section 13(7), 17(9), 21E(8) or 35(4) of the Act; and
any offence under regulation 7A(2) of the Dental Registration Regulations (Rg 1).
