Citation and commencement
This Order is the Dental Registration (Member of Singapore Dental Council — Exemption) Order 2024 and comes into operation on 1 May 2024.
Exemption
Subject to sub-paragraph (2), section 7(a) of the Act does not apply to Professor Christopher Charles Peck.
The exemption in sub-paragraph (1) is subject to the condition that Professor Christopher Charles Peck is the Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry of the National University of Singapore.
Revocation
Revoke the Dental Registration (Member of Singapore Dental Council — Exemption) Order 2021 (G.N. No. S 295/2021).
