Certificate of registration
(1)
Where a person has been registered in the register, the Board shall issue to him a certificate of registration, and the Board may require that there shall be affixed to the certificate a photograph of that person or such other evidence of identity as the Board may direct.
(2)
Such certificate of registration shall be deemed to be the annual practising certificate issued under section 12 in respect of the year in which the certificate is issued and the provisions of this Act relating to annual practising certificates shall apply to that certificate of registration.[7
