This Notification is the Departmental Titles (Alteration) Act 1950 (Amendment of Schedule) Notification 2026 and comes into operation on 1 October 2026.

In the Departmental Titles (Alteration) Act 1950, in the Schedule, after item 113, insert — Old title or name of office New title or name of office “114.Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Trade and Industry Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Energy, Trade and Industry. 115.Deputy Secretary, Ministry of Trade and Industry Deputy Secretary, Ministry of Energy, Trade and Industry.”.
