42. Power to refund or remit levies, etc.
Feedback & supportThe Agency may, with the approval of the Minister, refund or remit in whole or in part any levy or additional levy paid or payable by any PPF Scheme member under this Act.

“Agency” means the company designated by the Minister under section 56 to be the deposit insurance and policy owners’ protection fund agency;
