s 24Invitation to take up stock, etc., and refusal of application

(1)

The Authority may, from time to time, by public notice invite the public to apply to take up stock, bearer bonds or book-entry Government securities issued under this Act.

(2)

The Authority may refuse any application to take up stock, bearer bonds or book-entry Government securities issued under this Act without assigning any reason.
