If a licensee becomes aware that —
a person has become a 5% controller of the licensee;
a person has ceased to be a 5% controller of the licensee;
a person has become an indirect controller of the licensee; or
a person has acquired, as a going concern, the licensee’s business of operating a data centre or any part of such business,the licensee must inform the Authority in writing within 7 days after becoming aware of that fact.
