—(1) A licensee must submit to the Authority a report on an annual basis (or such less frequent basis as may be prescribed), within the prescribed period or such longer period as the Authority may allow in a particular case (whether allowed before or after the end of the period), and in the form and manner determined by the Authority, on —(a)the licensee’s compliance with this Part and any regulations made under this Act applicable to the licensee; and(b)the licensee’s compliance with the conditions of the DC licence, and any code of practice applicable to the licensee.(2) The Authority may require the report required under subsection (1) to be audited and accompanied by the report of the auditor.

(1)

A licensee must submit to the Authority a report on an annual basis (or such less frequent basis as may be prescribed), within the prescribed period or such longer period as the Authority may allow in a particular case (whether allowed before or after the end of the period), and in the form and manner determined by the Authority, on —

(a)

the licensee’s compliance with this Part and any regulations made under this Act applicable to the licensee; and

(b)

the licensee’s compliance with the conditions of the DC licence, and any code of practice applicable to the licensee.

(2)

The Authority may require the report required under subsection (1) to be audited and accompanied by the report of the auditor.
