cl 61Protection from personal liability

No liability shall lie against —

(a)

a member or an employee of the Authority;

(b)

a member of a committee of the Authority or any person authorised, appointed or employed to assist the Authority;

(c)

an authorised officer or an investigation officer;

(d)

a member of an Appeals Advisory Panel established under section 46; or

(e)

any other person acting under the direction of the Authority,who, acting in good faith and with reasonable care, does or omits to do anything in —

(f)

the exercise or purported exercise of any power under this Act; or

(g)

the performance or purported performance of any function or duty under this Act.
