cl 63Recovery of fees and monetary amounts

(1)

Any fee to be paid to the Authority under this Act may be recovered by the Authority in any court of competent jurisdiction as if it were a civil debt due to the Authority.

(2)

Any monetary amount ordered to be paid under section 39(3)(b) may be recovered by the Authority in any court of competent jurisdiction as if it were a civil debt due to the Government.
