cl 6Investigation officers

The Authority may appoint any of the following to be an investigation officer to exercise the powers conferred on investigation officers under this Act:

(a)

any of its employees;

(b)

any public officer, or employee of another public authority, performing duties in the Authority under a secondment arrangement making available temporarily to the Authority the services of the individual.
