9. Savings of acts done prior to this Act
Feedback & supportAny oath, affirmation, affidavit and notarial act administered, sworn or done by any diplomatic officer or consular officer exercising his functions in any country or place outside Singapore prior to 6 January 1969 shall be deemed to have been administered, sworn or done under the provisions of this Act.
