Subregulation 1
Paragraphs 5 and 6 do not apply to any citizen or permanent resident of Singapore.
Subregulation 2
Nothing in this Order affects the right of the Government to take measures that it considers useful to safeguard national security, public safety or health, or to maintain law and order.
