Regulation 3

Additional immunities and privileges of ICPO-INTERPOL

ICPO‑INTERPOL enjoys, in addition to its immunities and privileges under the International Organisations (Immunities and Privileges) (ICPO‑INTERPOL) Order 2012, the following immunities and privileges:

(a)

inviolability of all archives of ICPO‑INTERPOL, and all documents belonging to ICPO‑INTERPOL or held by it in whatever form, wherever they are located;

(b)

inviolability and freedom from censorship of the official correspondence of the Complex; (c)the right to use codes;

(d)

immunity of its property and assets (excluding land and immovable property) on the premises of the Complex and utilised by the Complex, and any motor vehicle owned by ICPO‑INTERPOL or used on its behalf, from requisition, attachment or execution; except where this is necessary as a temporary measure to prevent accidents involving such a vehicle or in order to conduct an inquiry in connection with such an accident.
