Regulation 7
Waiver of immunity
The WMO may waive any immunity mentioned in paragraph 5 or 6 in any case where the WMO is of the opinion that —
(a)
the immunity will impede the course of justice; and
(b)
the immunity can be waived without prejudice to the interests of the WMO.
