24. Penalty
Feedback & supportAny person who sells or abets the sale of any property seized under a writ of distress in contravention of the provisions of this Act or of the Rules of Court relating to the sale of property seized under a writ of distress shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $200.
