17. Exclusion of liability for Authority
Feedback & supportDespite the grant of any licence, the Authority shall not be liable in any circumstances for any loss, damage or cost sustained by any person as a result of any default, negligence, breach or wrongful act or omission of any licensee or agent, employee or independent contractor of the licensee.
